Ryan Douglas is Senior Director, Investor Relations & Business Development at Fate Therapeutics, where he leads corporate communications with the investment community and drives strategic partnering and business development initiatives to support the company’s clinical and corporate growth objectives. Mr. Douglas has more than twenty years of experience in finance, covering investor relations, corporate strategy, and capital markets. Prior to joining Fate, he served as Director of Investor Relations at Exagen Inc., where he was responsible for investor communications, capital markets strategy, and institutional investor engagement. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening the company’s investor positioning, expanding analyst coverage and institutional ownership, and supporting multiple financing and strategic initiatives. Mr. Douglas holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. degree from Southern Illinois University.
